Your transportation will pick you up at your hotel in Puerto Natales, then you will head to Torres del Paine National Park which is located approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Puerto Natales.

8:45- 9:00 am

Quick stop at Laguna Amarga where we will present you with your QR codes to enter the park.  Be sure to request your park entrance QR code the day before the excursion so as not to delay other participants.

9:30 am

Our Van will park in the area at the Welcome Center, where you will begin your hike.  From the Welcome Center, it is a 1 kilometer walk to the Hotel Las Torres, from this hotel you will walk 9 kilometers to reach the base of the Tower.

Leaving the hotel and after walking for a while, you will arrive at Paso del Viento, where you can take a break before arriving and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, be sure to find a good spot especially on a windy day.

From there, you will continue to El Chileno, a small campsite where you can rest and refuel before continuing through the Lenga Forest area until you reach the bottom of the moraine, near the ranger station.

You will then begin the final section of the hike, which will take you up the moraine to the base of the tower. This is the most difficult part of the route, with steep slopes and rocky terrain, but the stunning views from the top make it well worth it.

To ensure that you arrive at the welcome center in time for the 7:00 p.m. shuttle service, it is important to plan the hike carefully. Start early to allow plenty of time to complete the route and be sure to bring water and snacks to refuel.

It is also a good idea to check the time as you hike and return well before sunset to avoid being caught in the dark. Remember that weather in Patagonia can be unpredictable, so be prepared for sudden changes in temperature and conditions.

Overall, the climb to the base of the tower is an unforgettable and worthwhile experience. With careful planning and preparation, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of Patagonia while arriving in time for your shuttle service.
